Dispositions at the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen
MILFORD - According to the Pike County District Attorney’s office, persons who had pleaded guilty earlier and were sentenced on May 25 included: Kenneth Wohltman, 38, of Rahway, N.J., for a Sept. 2005 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove Township, was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $1,000 fine and suffer the suspension of his license for one year. Edward Miro, 19, of the Bronx, N.Y., for Jan. 2006 charges including possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and conspiracy in Dingman Township, was sentenced to serve one year to 23 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,000 fine. Shawn Farnham, 32, of Throop, Pa., for an Oct., 2004 charge of identity theft in Greene Township, was sentenced to serve one to three years in state prison and pay a $500 fine. Maryann DeGroat, 27, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for an Oct. 2005 charge of access device fraud in Westfall Township, was sentenced pay a $300 fine and serve one year of probation.
