    of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD — On Sept. 4, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Fred Decker, 32, of Matamoras, for Oct. 2006 to Apr. 2008 failures to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements in Blooming Grove, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve two to five years in the Pike County Jail. Lawrence Banks, 48, of Warwick, N.Y., for a Dec. 2007 charge of criminally attempting to commit theft in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one to three years in state prison. Andrew Repenning, 21, for a Jan. 2008 charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Westfall, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year of probation. Gail Ricke, 59, of Greentown, for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $1,500, lost her license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Darrell Dirr, 51, of Middletown, N.Y., for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $1,500, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. David Cullen, 49, of Mansfield, Mass., for an Apr. 2008 charge of carrying a firearm without a license in Lehman was fined $1,400, and sentenced to serve six months to one year in the Pike County Jail. Harry Mansfield, 29, of Bushkill, for a Jan. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lehman, was fined $1,000, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Christopher Lewis, 24, of Matamoras, for a Nov. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Westfall, was fined $1,500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to serve three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Lucas Castro, 19, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for a March 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lehman, was fined $1,000, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Anthony Glatz, 23, of Greentown, for a Dec. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to serve two days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Patricia Regan, 23, of Bushkill, for May 2008 charges including simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment in Lehman, was fined $1,200 and sentenced to serve three months and 15 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Wayne Brown, 20, of Milford, for a Nov. 2007 charge of simple assault in Delaware, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. On Sept. 11: Gerald DeMarco, 43, of Lackawaxen, who earlier entered a guilty plea to Sept. 2007 charges of three counts of passing bad checks in Greene, was fined $600, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve nine months to three years in the Pike County Jail. On Sept. 15: Fred Henry Hoff, Jr. no age or address given, who earlier entered a guilty plea to March and Apr. 2008 charges, two counts of obstructing administration of law, in Bushkill, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve one to two years in state prison.
