Jermal Torrence, 22, of Bushkill, for March 2006 charges including theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief in Milford, was fined $1,000 ordered to make restitution and serve two years on probation. Donte Wright, 20, of Bushkill, for March 2006 charges including theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief in Milford, was fined $400, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to one month to one year in the Pike County Jail. Adam Eaton, 20, of East Stroudsburg, for July 2008 charges including receiving stolen property and simple assault in Lehman, was fined $700, ordered to make restitution, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to one to four years in state prison. Marin Oprescu, 66, of Dingmans Ferry, for Feb. 2008 charges including driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,700, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to three months to five years in the Pike County Jail. Giovanni Santiago, 18, of Bushkill, Aug 2008 charges of burglary and criminal attempt to commit burglary in Lehman, was fined $750, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve 16 months to four years in the Pike County Jail. Connie Herzog, 45, of Milford, for a March 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,000, lost her license for one year, and was sentenced to three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Luz Otero, 46, of Milford, for an Apr 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,500, lost her license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve nine months to five years in the Pike County Jail. Justin Singer, 20 of Lords Valley, for May 2008 charges of Burglary, receiving stolen property and theft, in Palmyra, was fined $800 and sentenced to 29 to 72 months in state prison. Patrick Galletta, 42, of Bushkill, for Feb, July and Aug 2008 charges including aggravated assault in Lehman, was fined $600, and sentenced to 45 to 90 months in state prison. Tommaso Maceri, 20, of Shohola, for a May 2008 charge of theft in Lackawaxen, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to 12 months on probation. Jamaal Hall, 22, of Bushkill, for a July 2008 charge of simple assault in Lehman, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to 10 months to 2.5 years in the Pike County Jail. Tyreek Cowan, 19, of Bushkill, for a July 2008 charge of simple assault in Lehman, was fined $200, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to 11 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Larry Atherton, 23, of Bushkill, for July 2008 charge of Harassment in Lehman, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and served seven days in the Pike County Jail. Kenneth Wilson, 39, of Dingmans Ferry, for a March 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Kelly Lahr, 40, of Greentown, for an Apr 2008 charge of passing a bad check in Greene, was fined $200, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Frank Vicital, 19, of College Point, N.Y., for a Jan 2008 charge of possessing drug paraphernalia in Shohola, was fined $500. Guy Connolly, 32, of Pittston, for Feb to May 2008 charges of harassment in Dingman, was fined $500, sentenced to one year on probation and transferred to Luzerne County. Jenny Shull, 37, of Bushkill, for a Sept 2008 charge of possession of a small amount of a controlled substance in Lehman, was fined $100 and sentenced to 15 to 30 days in the Pike County Jail. Jan Christie, 47, of Hawley, for a Sept 2002 charge of resisting arrest in Lackawaxen, was fined $300, and sentenced to four months to two years in state prison.
