    of Judge Joseph Kameen Milford — District Attorney Raymond Tonkin reports that on Apr. 9, those defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: Jason Carota, 20, of Lords Valley, for a July 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $400 lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Amy Pipher, 39, of Waverly, for June 2008 charges of criminal attempt to commit ID theft and theft by unlawful taking, in Greene, was fined $400, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to six to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, consecutive with charges in Lackawanna County. Michael Fiske, 26, of Barryville, N.Y., for May and June 2008 charges of forgery and access device fraud in Milford, was fined $2,000 and sentenced to two months to one year in the Pike County Jail. Peter Kaps, 38, of Milford, for a July, 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500 lost his license for one year and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail.
