Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Common Pleas

of Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD — On Sept. 25, those who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: John Dimeo, 19, of Milford, for an Apr. 2008 charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana in Matamoras, was fined $300, lost his license for six months, and was sentenced to one year of probation for violation of previous probation, plus 15 to 30 days in the Pike County Jail. William Wilde, 43, of Moosic, for an Oct. 2007 charge of passing a bad check in Greene, was fined $300 and ordered to make restitution. On Oct. 9, those who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Kristen Sullivan, 27, of Paupack, for a Nov. 2007 of endangering the welfare of a child in Palmyra, was fined $500 and sentenced to six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Keith Sevek, 20, of Dingmans Ferry, for March 2008 charges including driving under the influence and possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia in Westfall, was fined $1,500, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to six months probation plus three days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Carmen Cruz, 38, of Milford, for an Apr. 2008 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to one year of probation. Eric Crombie, 26, of Milford, for an Oct. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $300 and sentenced to six months of probation. Jennifer Decker, 24, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for Dec. 2007 to Jan 2008 charges of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft in Westfall, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to two years of probation. Keith Evans, 47, of Canadensis, for a March 2008 charge of simple assault in Greene, was fined $800, ordered to make restituion and was sentenced to one year of probation. Robert Dallas, 19, of Greentown, for March 2008 charges including possession of controlled substances and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, in Greene, was fined $800, lost his license for six months, and sentenced to serve one month to one year in the Pike County Jail plus one year of probation. He was transferred to Luzerne County. Melissa Bernard, 23, of Dingmans Ferry, for Oct. 2007 charges of simple assault in Delaware, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to seven days to to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail, plus one year of probation. Bridget Wells, 18, of Shohola, for March 2008 charges of possession of a small amount Marijuana, possession of controlled substance and possession of a weapon on school property in Westfall, ws fined $600 and sentenced to one year of probation. James Post, 30, of Dingmans Ferry, for Nov. 2007 charge of harrassment in Delaware, was fined $300 and sentenced to three to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Sharlene Plotkin, 42, of Milford, for an Apr. 2008 charge of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $300 and sentenced to one year of probation.
