Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Common Pleas of Judge Joseph Kameen

MILFORD — On Dec. 27, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: • John Dimeo, 18, of Matamoras, for Apr., May 2007 charges including theft of a motor vehicle in Westfall and Matamoras, was fined $525, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to serve up to one year in the Pike County Jail and one year of probation. • Dennis King, 43, of Lake Ariel, for an Apr. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $1,000, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve 15 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Christopher Schmidt, 39, of Dingmans Ferry, for a May 2005 charge of driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $2,000, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve five months to two years in the Pike County Jail. • Ernest Strunck, 52, of Milford, for an Aug. 2007 charge of simple assault in Milford, was fined $500 and sentenced to one year of probation. • Christine McComb, 49, of Milford, March, 2007 charges of retail theft in Milford, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to two years of probation. • Donald Abbot, 45, of Milford, for Aug. 2007 charges of device fraud, in Milford and Westfall, was fined $800, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve three to six years in state prison. • Anthony Spera, 44, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for June 2007 charges including possession of a controlled substance in Palmyra, was fined $525, sentenced to six months probation and transferred to New York. • James Guerrero, 40, of Milford, for Feb.and March 2007 charges of theft by unlawful taking, in Blooming Grove, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. • Scott Stuart, 20, of Milford, for May and June 2007 charges of access device fraud in Milford, was fined $600, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve nine to 36 months in the Pike County Jail. • Robert Fells, 23, of Dingmans Ferry, for a Nov. 2006 charge of criminal conspiracy to commit robberty in Delaware, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve 22 to 44 months in the Pike County Jail. • Jesse McNamara, 23, of Milford, for multiple 2006-2007 charges including fraud, forgery and theft in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,900, ordered to make restitution, sentenced to serve three to 12 months in the Pike County Jail, plus two years probation and was transferred to Wayne County. • Dawn Strobel, 35, of Greentown, for Apr.- July 2007 charges including criminal conspiracy to commit forgery and fraud, in Palmyra, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve one to five years in state prison, followed by one year of probation. • William Smith, 41, of Greentown, Feb. 2007 charges including driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $1,300, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to serve 3 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Kavin Leonard, 53, of Greentown, for an Aug. 2007 summary charge of harassment in Greene, was fined $300. • Jonathan Booth, 27, of Dingmans Ferry, for Apr. 2007 summary charges of harassment and criminal mischief, was fined $500 and ordered to make restitution.
