    MILFORD - Defendants who had earlier pleaded guilty to charges against them and were sentenced in court on April 13 included: • Willie Witherspoon, 51, of Scranton, for a June, 2005 charge of theft in Westfall Township, was sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $400 fine. • Christopher Greening, 22, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a November, 2005 charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Milford Township, was serve 11.5 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail, followed by two years probation and pay a $500 fine. • Michael Gasperini, 24, of Port Jervis, for a September, 2005 charge of theft in Westfall Township, was sentenced to 11.5 to 18 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,000 fine. • Matthew Horan, 23, of Port Jervis, for a September, 2005 charge of criminal mischief in Milford Borough, was sentenced to six months probation and fined $500. • Adam Scholl, 22, of Bushkill, for a June, 2005 charge of harassment in Lehman Township, was sentenced to time served, 44 days, in the Pike County Jail and fined $300. • Marianne Benson, 27, of Branchville, N.J., for an August, 2005 charge of filing a false report in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $500.
