    MILFORD — District Attorney Raymond Tonkin reported that defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced on April 2 included: Frank Palma, 62, of Lords Valley, for 1996 charges of indecent assault in Palmyra, was fined $500 and was sentenced to 12 months to five years less one day in the Pike County Jail. Palma will also be required to register for 10 years as a sexual offender under the Pennsylvania Megan’s Law. Bruce Lee, 52, of Dingmans Ferry, for a February 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500 lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Brad Van Why, 29, of Stroudsburg, for a February 2008 charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana in Lehman, was sentenced to two to 30 days in the Pike County Jail.
