    MILFORD — On March 26, defendants who earlier pleaded guilty and were sentenced included: Eric Smith, 39 of Hawley, for a March 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, was fined $1,500, lost his license for a year, and was sentenced to five days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Michael Borer, 19, of East Stroudsburg, for Nov. 2008 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Porter, was fined $1,500, lost his license for six months, and was sentenced to one to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Richard Labeur, 46, of Bushkill, for a Dec. 2008 charge of simple assault in Lehman, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 11.5 to 24 months in state prison. Daniel Seese, 38, of Canadensis, for a June 2008 charge of filing a false report in Greene, ws fined $1,000 and sentenced to probation for one year. Kyle Moon, 23, of Milford, for Oct. and Nov. 2008 charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia in Westfall, was fined $800 and sentenced to three to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Jason Quail, 22, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Aug. 2008 charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernaliain Delaware, was fined $500, and sentenced to two to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Anthony Aviles, 25, of Bronx, N.Y., for Aug. 2008 charges of disorderly conduct in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 12 months probation. Brandon Riley, 27, of Dingmans Ferry, for a Sept.2008 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Daniel Adsit, 22, of Lords Valley, for a June 2008 charge of criminal conspiracy to commit robbery in Blooming Grove, was fined $800, ordered to make restitution, and was paroled after serving six months on a sentence of six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Laurie Algerio, 54, of Dingmans Ferry, for a May 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,500, lost her license for 18 months and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Larry Wright, 53, of Dingmans Ferry, for Oct. 2007 charges of making terroristic threats in Delaware, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve two to five years in state prison. Alejandro Hernandez, 56, of Dingmans Ferry, for Jan. 2008 charge of disorderly conduct in Delaware, was fined $300.
