Milford — On Jan. 29 those defendants who had entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Michael Watson, 21, of Bushkill, for a Sept. 2006 charge of burglary in Lehman, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to nine to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail, followed by one year on probation. Brian Sites, 24, of Dingmans Ferry, for an Aug. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Westfall, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 12 months and was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Frank Williams, 23, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for an Oct. 2007 charge of theft by unlawful taking in Dingman, was fined $500 and sentenced to nine to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail. William Bauer, 46, of Lords Valley, for an Aug. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Delaware, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to one to five years in state prison. Danielle Wuchter, 23, of Greentown, for a June, 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Greene, was fined $1,000, lost her license for one year, and was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Deborah O’Connor, 51, of Bushkill, for an Oct. 2008 charge of reckless endangerment of another person in Lehman, was fined $500 and sentenced to six to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Jeffrey Powell, 43 of Milford, for a Dec. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Sally Kutzler, 32, of Port Jervis, for an Apr. 2008 of retail theft in Westfall, was fined $300, and sentenced to three months to three years in the Pike County Jail. Chris Harkins, 41, of Hawley, for Nov. 2004 through Aug. 2006 charges of failure to make required disposition of funds and theft in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 months to seven years in state prison. Matthew Maloney, 20 of Dingmans Ferry, for a Sept. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lehman, was fined $500, lost his license for one year, and was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Daniel Dreher, 25, of Bronx, N.Y., May and June 2007 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Lehman, was fined $1,000, lost his license for six months and was sentenced to nine months to two years in the Pike County Jail.
