Dispositions in the Pike County Court of Judge Joseph Kameen

MILFORD — On April 23, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Steven McCabe, 46, of East Stroudsburg, for a May 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Carole Lefebvre, 49, of Lake Ariel, for a Sept. 2007 charge of passing a bad check in Greene, was fined $400, ordered to make restitution of $2,320 and sentenced to one year on probation. Mitchell Myers, 56, of Hawley, for Aug. 2008 charges including driving under the influence, in Palmyra, was fined $2,000, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to 90 days to five years in state prison. Larry Wright, 53, of Dingmans Ferry, for Sept. 2008 charges of burglary in Delaware, was fined $1,000, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to 2.5 to 10 years in state prison.
