    of Judge Joseph Kameen Milford — On Sept. 25, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included: Scott Rubin, 45, of Jay Vt. for a Nov. 2007 charge of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in Blooming Grove, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve six months probation. Jeffrey Magee, 49, of Boyertown, for a Dec. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Lackawaxen, fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 90 days to five years in the Pike County Jail. Frederick Hoskins, 35, of Sayre, for a July 2002 charge of making false statements regarding public welfare, in Milford, was fined $500, ordered to make resitution and sentenced to serve 11.5 to 23 months in the Pike County Jail. Aaron Schwinof, 21, of Milford, for an Oct. 2007 charge driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,525, lost his license for 12 months and sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Verbet Silva, 41, Bushkill, for July - Sept 2007 charges of making false statements regarding public welfare, in Dingman, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve 12 months probation. Robert Hoertel, 47, of Hamburg, N.J., for an Oct. 2007 charge of driving under the influence in Dingman, was fined $1,000, ordered to make restitution, lost his license for one year, was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail and was transferred to Wayne County. Jose Mojica, 57, of Bushkill, for a Feb. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lehman, was fined $500, lost his license for one year and was sentenced to serve 15 days to six months on weekends in the Pike County Jail. Hope Supplee, 36, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for Dec. 2007 charges of criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft in Westfall, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve five years of probation. Jordan Bunn, 29, of East Stroudsburg, for a Feb. 2008 charge of driving under the influence in Lehman, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Donald O’Dea, 77, of Port Jervis, N.Y., for a March 2008 charge of retail theft in Matamoras, was fined $300, and sentenced to serve 12 months of probation. Kimberly Corrado, 20, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., for Dec. 2007 charges of retail theft in Westfall, ws fined $600, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to serve two years of probation. Michael Gigi, 38, of Matamoras, for a March 2008 charge of theft by deception in Matamoras, was fined $300, and sentenced to serve three months to one year in the Pike County Jail. Zouheir Fakhouri, 44, of Bronx, N.Y., for March 2007 drug charges including possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver in Lehman, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 2.5 to 5 years in state prison. Keith Gruner, 23, of Tannersville, for an Oct. 2006 charge of possession of controlled substances in Lehman, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve one year of probation. Daren Richardson, 45, of Tamiment, for a May 2006 charge of passing a bad check in Lehman, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve one year of probation.
