Sept. 15 • Richard Kruszka, 34, of Milford was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Westfall Township. Sept. 16 • Bruno Pasquale, 84, of Port Jervis was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Sept. 17 • A 16-year-old male from Milford was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Sept. 18 • Joshua Szipocs, 18, of Milford was charged with Retail Theft and Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Sept. 27 • Bruno Pasquale, 85, of Port Jervis was charged with Possessing Instruments of Crime, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Sept. 28 • Travis Walker, 20, of Milford was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Adam Hames, 19, of Shohola was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Jeremiah Opitz, 23, of Matamoras was charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Sept. 29 • A 14-year-old female from Matamoras was charged with Possession of a small amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Oct. 1 • Christina Nearing, 23, of Milford was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Amanda Pelton, 23, of Milford was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Oct. 2 • Two 14-year-old females from Milford were charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. Oct. 4 • Valerie Lauster, 37, of Matamoras was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Propulsion of Missiles onto Roadways for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. Oct. 9 • Katie Dougherty, 37, of Matamoras was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Two 16-year-old females were charged with Disorderly Conduct for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart. • Christopher Wade, 39, of Matamoras was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in Matamoras Borough. • Jane Drumheller, 48, of Milford was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley High School. • Jeffrey Drumheller, 50, of Milford was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley High School. Oct. 10 • A 16-year-old male of Milford was charged with Possession of a weapon on school grounds and Underage Consumption of Alcohol for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley High School. Residents are reminded to keep their homes and vehicles locked when not at home and to report any suspicious activity to the police immediately. A reminder that Matamoras Borough Code prohibits boys and girls under 18 years-old to be out in the Borough after 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., from Oct. 1 through Nov. 2, unless accompanied by an adult who has legal custody of said child. Overnight parking is prohibited in Westfall Township and Matamoras Borough on all streets between the hours of 12:00 am and 7:00am from November 1 of each year to April 1 of the following year.
