Robert Siedel, 42, of Port Jervis, N.Y., was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at A to Z in Matamoras. • February 13, Judy Jamros, 48, of Matamoras, was charged with Bad Checks for an incident occurring at Pocono Oral and Facial. • February 13, Sherri Gandy, 29, of Port Jervis, was charged with Theft of Services for an incident occurring at Pocono Oral and Facial • February 17, A 17-year-old male of Milford, was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware valley High School. • February 18, A 15-year-old male of Shohola, was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley High School. • February 19, James Kennedy, 45, of Port Jervis, was charged with Retail Theft for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart • February 24, Angela Grady, 46, of MillRift was charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment for an incident occurring in MillRift • February 26, Peter Griffin, 45, of Milford, was charged with Forgery and Access Device Fraud for an incident occurring at Wal-Mart • February 28, Timmy Presto Jr., 19, of Matamoras, was charged with two counts of Driving Under the Influence and a violation of the Controlled Substance Act • March 1, Amanda Conklin, 23, of Matamoras, was charged with Public Drunkenness for an incident occurring in Westfall Township • March 1, Jeremy Henik, 19, of Matamoras, was charged with Criminal Conspiracy , Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Receiving Stolen Property for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras • March 1, Ian Maute, 18, of Matamoras, was charged with Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property for an incident occurring in the Borough of Matamoras • March 4, Susan Collier, 58, of Hawley, was charged with three counts of Bad Checks for an incident occurring at Fashion Lens Lab • March 8, Daniel Smith, 19, of Matamoras, was charged with Possession of a small amount of marijuana for an incident occurring in Westfall Township • March 9, A 17-year-old female of Dingmans Ferry, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley High School Investigations • The Eastern Pike regional Police Department is investigating the spray painting of a building located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Matamoras during the overnight hours of Feb. 11. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Linehan at 570-491-4040. • This department is investigating the theft of various tools from a lock box on Avenue Q in the Borough of Matamoras which occurred between Feb. 11 and 12.
