    Arrests • Allen J. South, 34, of Cape Coral Florida, charged with Retail Theft. • Craig South, 34, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with Retail Theft. • Robert A. Guadagno, 36, was charged with Retail Theft. • Louis Scalzitti, 47, of Hawley, was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking. • Christopher R. Trani, 22, of Milford was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Pending Court Action • Dominick J. Eadicicco, 23, of Milford, arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Pending Court Action. • Melissa Koziel, 29, of Matamoras was charged with Aggravated assault, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Harassment. Pending Court Action. • A 15-year-old male was charged with one count of Disorderly Conduct and one count of Resisting arrest for an incident occurring at the Delaware Valley School. • A 13-year-old female was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring at the Skating Rink. • A 14-year-old female was charged with Harassment for an incident occurring at the Skating Rink. • Alfredo G. Monge, 56, of Matamoras was charged with one count of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, one count of Statutory Sexual Assault, and one count of Corruption of Minors. • Harold Griffin, 47, of Milford was charged with Disorderly Conduct. • Kimberly E. The front door was discovered to be pried open. The side door of the out building had been pried open. The suspect rifled through the vehicle and stole a silver ring with crowns. The suspect(s) stole an Apple I-Pod and a Sirius Satellite radio from the vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer McCormack at 570-491-4040. On Jan. 15, the Westfall Town Center, Westfall Township, reported that a spark igniter and motor were stolen from the roof over the Westfall Family Restaurant and the Fashion Lens Lab.
