Food pantry needs help

    MILFORD - The food pantry at the Church of the Good Shepherd and St. John the Evangelist in Milford is asking for donations of food as the numbers of the clients served by the pantry has increased. For more than 20 years, the churches of the Ecumenical Food Pantry of Pike County have operated the food pantry which is open every Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Donations of food can be dropped off at Good Shepherd Church located at 5 th and Catharine Streets Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the side entrance door opposite the police station. Make checks payable to the Ecumenical Food Pantry. Contributions are needed all year round, not just on holidays.
