Group hosts social marketing & Web seminars

    Featuring Jim Skillington, founder & president of New Village Media Milford — Keeping up with the changing dynamic of the media and the direction of the web - including the new Web 3.0, the Upper Delaware Media and Marketing Group will once again stray from its traditional luncheon and host two seminars on the fourth Wednesday of the month, Aug. 26. The seminars, “A Website is a Terrible Thing to Waste” and “Viral and Social Networking,” will be led by Jim Skillington, Founder and President of New Village Media. The first seminar begins at 8 a.m. with continental breakfast being served starting at 7:15. There will be a brief intermission before the second seminar begins at 10 a.m. The cost of the seminars is $12.50 per person, per seminar, or $23 for both, which includes continental breakfast and refreshments. Those that attend the seminars will be offered a $5 off coupon for lunch at Bar Louis. All are encouraged to attend this event, regardless if you are in marketing or in the media.
