In Pike County Court

MILFORD - On May 18, defendants sentenced after earlier pleading guilty to charges included: • Christopher Opalek, 18, of Hawley, for July, 2005 charges of carrying firearms without a license and public drunkenness in Blooming Grove, was sentenced to serve 18 months to five years in state prison and pay an $800 fine. • Thomas Costanzo, 44, of Dingmans Ferry, for October, 2004 charges of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver in Dingman Township, was sentenced 18 months to four years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $600 fine. Chance Downing, 21, of Milford, for an August, 2005 charge of simple assault in Delaware and Dingman townships, was sentenced to pay a $500 fine and serve 18 months to three years in state prison.
