MILFOrd — “On behalf of the Pike County Chamber’s Board of Directors and all of our members, it is with great pleasure and gratitude that we welcome Danielle Jordan as our new executive director,” stated Chamber President, Susan Hines in a Feb. 23 statement. “We are all looking forward to working with her in changing these challenging times into an opportunity to unite, network and strengthen our local business.” The new executive director said she was honored to represent the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. “And I am excited to have the opportunity to guide the Chamber in its efforts to play a more active role in the business life of Pike County. Listening to the members and to the community is going to be my first step. The chamber plays a vital role in the success of the local economy. It is where businesses come together and gain strength from each other. The Pike County Chamber of Commerce has a wonderful foundation and with the right support and leadership, will grow and flourish in years to come,” Jordan added. “Danielle Jordan is a well known business professional in Northeast Pennsylvania and is uniquely familiar with the business climate in our region,” stated Vince Benedetto, president of Bold Gold Media Group and a member of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce. “If a positive attitude and motivation are the cornerstones of success in any leadership role, then Danielle has the strongest of foundations. Her work ethic is second to none and her energy is awesomely infectious.” Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from St. Thomas Aquinas College. She currently resides in Tannersville with her daughter, Penelope and soon plans to relocate to the Pike County area. “We invite all in the Pike County community, our surrounding neighbors and visitors to come or call; visit with Danielle, share your thoughts of how we can help your business,” said President Susan Hines. “We begin this year with a new positive action-based commitment for the Chamber and our members.” About Danielle Jordan As a prominent figure in the Stroudsburg area, Jordan has been very involved in the local community.
