Dingman - In celebration of “V week” at the Dingman Delaware Primary School, the students in Miss Carter’s class learned, hands on, about volcanos. For their volcano experiment each group was given the materials needed to create an active volcano. They each took turns building up their volcanoes and adding specific ingredients to make their study complete. The activity helped the children learn communication, listening skills and teamwork. Students were extremely excited to see their volcanoes erupt and Miss Carter enjoyed watching them show an understanding of their volcano study.
