Port Jervis, N.Y. — Attorney Gerald E. Gray, has opened the Port Jervis Legal Clinic at 39 Front Street, in Port Jervis, N.Y. Gray, who has 25 years of legal experience, grew up in Port Jervis and is delighted to return to his hometown to practice law.
