Local church hosts missionary

    MILFORD - Andrew Knisely, missionary to France for the last four years, will be the keynote speaker at a missions conference being held April 28 to 30 at Long Meadow Chapel, 429 Long Meadow Rd., Milford. The conference is open to the community. Knisely and his family are currently on home assignment and living in York, PA, after being involved in a broad variety of church planting ministries in Poitiers, France through the international Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. On Friday, April 28, an ice cream social will be held at 7 p.m. at the Chapel to meet and greet Rev. Knisely. On Saturday, April 29 at 7 a.m., a men’s breakfast and fellowship will be held. All men from the community are invited to attend. The church will host a multi-cultural dinner on Saturday at 6 p.m. after which Rev. Knisely will share about his family’s ministry in France. He will also speak during the Worship Service at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 30, followed by a reception in his honor.
