Bailing out the store

Milford, Matamoras and Port Jervis got hit with a powerful storm on the afternoon of July 2. The rain and wind knocked out power to thousands of customers served by Orange & Rockland Utilities. Brian Altomare of LugLess on (an aptly named) Water Street in Milford had to bail out his store several times until the storm dissipated. This weather pattern has repeated itself with strong bursts in some areas ever since.
