| 02 Apr 2015 | 11:26

Do you know what to expect when your loved one develops Alzheimer’s disease? How do you cope with the side effects, and what can you do to help your loved one?

Belle Reve Senior Living Community has the answers. Join Belle Reve for an Alzheimer’s Support Group on Thursday, April 16 at 6 p.m. for family caregivers to receive guidance on caring for loved ones who have Alzheimer’s disease.

When a loved one is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia, there may be issues relating to family relationships. At this support group, you will get information on the effects Alzheimer’s has on your loved one, caring for your loved one with Alzheimer’s, and how to prepare for the future.

The support groups will be held on the third Thursday of each month. The meetings are free and open to the public and light refreshments will be provided. Care is provided for loved ones while the caregiver is in the meeting. If your loved one needs care during the meeting, please RSVP by calling 610-473-8066.
