Chant Realtors honors top producers

MILFORD — Davis R. Chant Realtors celebrated another banner year at a recognition luncheon at the Dock at Silver Birches in Tafton on Feb. 15.
Chant principals Davis R. Chant, Peter D. Helms and John C. Schmitt saluted their brokers, sales associates, and employees for their superlative performance throughout 2016.
Sales volume exceeded $239 million in 2016, they said, with record transactions on more than 1,100 residential, farm, acreage and commercial properties in Northeast Pennsylvania.
“Our people make the difference," said Helms. "It is through their commitment, dedication and loyalty that we are the leading real estate company year after year."
The company’s 2017 theme was introduced at the luncheon: "High-Tech Sales Marketing, High-Touch Customer Experience, and Global Reach with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World."
Schmitt attributed part of Chant's prominence to its association with Leading Real Estate Companies of World, a global real estate community comprised of more than 600 local and regional real estate firms that provide residential real estate and relocation services.
