Frances Butch Lemon is Adjutant of the Year

Past Commander Timothy French (left) presented Frances Butch�Lemon (center) of the American Legion's Devore-Quinn Post 438 in Matamoras with a Department of Pennsylvania certificate for attaining Adjutant of the Year, representing the 15th District. French and the 15th District Commander, Fred B. Baker II (right), of the Department of Pennsylvania American Legion visited the post on Aug. 23, 2015.
