As the new year of 2024 commences, the Friends of the Pike County Public Library begin their 44th year of service as a support system to the Library and to the community. Founded in 1980, this group continues to find ways to attract new members, and to support the library.

The Friends will hold their first quarterly meeting on Monday, January 8, at 10:30 a.m. in the Community Room, lower level, of the Milford Branch, Pike County Public Library.

All are invited to join the Friends as they discuss plans for the book room, book sales, and bus trips, and welcome their newly elected president, Kevin Crawley, and vice-president, Roseann Hennigan. The Friends also welcome any newcomers to join the group.
