Institute for Strings offers student concert

MILFORD — Institute for Strings in Milford, Pa. and Sugar Loaf, N.Y. is offering a Student Concert on Sunday, June 28 at 5 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on Broad Street in Milford.

Program will feature variety of classical music and all-time favorites performed on string instruments by children between the ages of six and 16. Admission is free.

Superior quality instructions in violin, cello, piano and chamber music are provided throughout the Hudson and Delaware valleys since 1997. Among IFS current and former students are winners of local and state auditions, college music majors, and amateur players of all ages and levels.
