— Transportation officials from Pennsylvania and New York will hold a public meeting next week to discuss work projects for the bridges on the Upper Delaware River.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13, at the Tusten Town Hall Community Room, 210 Bridge St., Narrowsburg, N.Y.
Representatives from the New York and the Pennsylvania departments of transportation — both members of the Joint Interstate Bridge Commission — will present the current scope and schedule of planned projects. The commission coordinates operation and preservation of the ten interstate bridges that join Delaware, Sullivan, and Orange counties in New York State with Pike and Wayne counties in Pennsylvania.
This meeting is open to the public. All are welcome.
