Milford resident named honors scholar at wvu

MILFORD —MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Alex-Marie Meyerriecks of Milford, who is enrolled in both the West Virginia University College of Creative Arts and the WVU Honors College, has been named a Dean’s Honors Scholar for the 2015-2016 school year.

Meyerriecks will receive a $1,000 scholarship award to apply toward her creative arts education. Students were selected as Dean’s Honors Scholars based on their academic achievement and accomplishments.
