One Book, Every Young Child, now in its 10th year, is Pennsylvania’s collaborative project to highlight early literacy development. It stresses the importance of reading early and often to children, as well as engaging them in conversation and other activities around books.

"Number One Sam" demonstrates a balance between empathy, competition and sportsmanship.

The Ann Street School is a non-profit, private, academic preschool and Keystone STAR 3 center.

The children loved the opportunity to have a guest from their community share his time.
