Rotary enjoys ‘Warrior Cafe’
Milford. Club members got to see first-hand how DV students create their culinary delights.

On January 31, the Milford-Matamoras Rotary Club had the pleasure of having an exceptional lunch in the Warrior Café, at the Delaware Valley High School. The lunch was hosted and prepared entirely by the culinary students from the Career Technical Education Program.
Chef Alex Niosi explained to the Rotary members that he runs an instructional program that prepares students for employment related to institutional, commercial or self-owned food establishments or other food industry positions.
The Milford-Matamoras Rotary Club meets every Wednesday at the Dimmick Inn at 12:15 p.m. Anyone interested in becoming a member can contact Shaun Burger at 570-517-6654.
