Scouts appear before Judge Chelak

SHOHOLA Members of Shohola Boy Scout Troop #76 recently appeared before Pike County Judge Gregory Chelak to discuss their constitutional rights and obligations as citizens of the United States.
As they met inside the courtroom of the Pike County Courthouse, Judge Chelak patiently answered many of their questions.
The scouts are currently working on their rank advancements along with several merit badges that involve various levels of citizenship. Of the total number of merit badges that must be earned in order to meet the requirements of the Eagle Scout rank, there are three badges that involve citizenship.
