students get in on film fest fun

Mrs. Kudrich, third-grade teacher at Delaware Valley Elementary School, came up with the idea that the school could participate in the Black Bear Festival — which it did this year for the first time ever. Excited by all the decorated bears they saw around downtown Milford, the students decorated their own stuffed teddy bears. Mrs. Kudrich chose 15 winners, and the bears were then displayed in the Milford Theatre during the weekend of Oct. 14-16. (Photo provided)
