DELAWARE — Easter egg hunters were out in force at Akenac Park in Delaware Township on Saturday.

Children and adults from all over Pike County participated in the hunt and other activities in an event sponsored by the Dingmans Ferry Lions Club. The Easter Bunny made a special appearance, to squeals of delight.

The "hunters" not only found sweet treats in their eggs but also the much-coveted "Golden Ticket." The lucky kid who found that got a stuffed Easter bunny doll.
