The sound of music

MILFORD — The Delaware Valley Elementary School Third Grade assembly took place in the Delaware Valley Elementary School gym on Tuesday, March 17. Pictured are third grade students from Diana Kudrich’s, Jean Krisanda’s, Allen Brocious’, and Kathy Thompson’s classes.

The children enjoyed several songs including a rap song called “Bubble Gum”. The students played kazoos for “Somebody Stole My Cow” and for “I Like Singing”.

Ruth Sweeney, their music teacher, is very proud of these students because they sang in two-part harmony. The afternoon assembly was followed by an evening concert in the DVES gym.

The next concert and assembly at DVES will be the First Grade Concert on Tuesday, April 28.
