Tractor Supply to host farmers market

MILFORD — The pubic is invited to shop for crafts, produce and other local goods at the TSC Farmers Market on Oct.7.
From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., local farmers and crafters will showcase and sell their homemade and homegrown goods in front of the Tractor Supply store at 475 Route 6 and 209.
Participating local vendors include: Acme Magnets, on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Celestial Soap Co., on site from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and In Koda’s Kloset, on site from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Everyone is invited to stop by the Tractor Supply Farmers Market and join us in supporting our neighbors whose handcrafted goods and homegrown produce will be on full display,” said Justin Fox, manager of the Milford Tractor Supply. “We are inspired by customers who live the out here lifestyle and we are excited to introduce them to members of the community who share similar interests.”
In addition to the Farmers Market, Tractor Supply sells supplies for rural crafts and activities, from lawn and gardening tools to canning products for preserving fruits and vegetables and making jams and jellies.
Participants can still sign up for the market, at TSCEventPartners.com or calling the store at 570-296-6719. Nonprofit organizations and food trucks are encouraged to register.
