United Way Treasurer James Baron, Esquire and United Way Board Member Reggie Worthington presented the Community Service Award to Scott Myer, CPA of Myer & Myer CPA in Milford, Pa. The award was in recognition of Myer’s 10 years of service as a Board Member of the United Way of Pike County.

“This award represents Scott’s longtime commitment and dedication to the United Way and to the community. It is not always easy to balance work and family and to find the time to volunteer and give back to the community. It is amazing that Scott has done it for 10 years. He is a valued member of the United Way team and will be greatly missed. We thank Scott for his service and commitment to the United Way of Pike County,” stated James Baron, Esquire, UWPC Treasurer.

“We are very grateful to Scott for his many years of service. He has been an intricate part of our organization for a long time. Scott is very business oriented and brought impeccable accounting skills and provided financial planning and vision for our organization. He will be greatly missed but, lucky for us, he is only a phone call away. On behalf of all of our board members, Thank you Scott,” stated Catherine Capasso, UWPC Executive Director.
