The Delaware Valley Elementary School participated in the Walk for Autism, under the direction of Heather Hubbard and Chris Neidig. On Thursday, April 13, students walked 12 and a half miles in six and half hours. Hubbard and Neidig held health classes geared toward teaching about autism and other disabilities. They also held a poster contest. The students raised more than $1,000 for Pike Autism Support Services. Way to go DVES!
