Local Recipes - Orange Jello salad

    1 large or 3 small packages (regular or sugar-free) Jello 1 cup grated carrots 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 small can crushed pineapple Dissolve Jello in hot water as usual, substitute pineapple juice for cold water.
