    Courtesy of Carol Ann Sklar, Chair, Milford Borough Planning Commission 1 tube Pillsbury pie crust 3 egg whites 1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Separate whites from eggs, mix sugar to thicken and sweeten to taste. Roll out the crust to a circle. Paint sweetened egg white mixture onto the crust. Sprinkle cinamon, sugar, chopped nuts walnuts onto crust. Cut the crust into pie wedges and roll each up from the wide side into a crescent shape. Paint them again with the sweetened egg white mixture. Place on a pan, bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and then remove from pan, before sugar hardens.
