Milford turns out to hail its heroes of the diamond

MiLford - The scene on Broad Street was reminiscent of a Roman triumph Wednesday morning as Pike County folks turned out to honor their state AAAA championship baseball team with a victory parade. In June, the Delaware Valley Warriors completed a 22-2 season and won the school’s first state championship since 1978 when they defeated Manheim Township at the state championship game in Altoona.
