Navarro signs letter of intent

Westfall - Sarah Navarro, daughter of Frank Navarro and Roberta Lee of Milford, signed a Letter of Intent to attend Lock Haven University. Sarah was on the varsity swim team at Delaware Valley High School in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades. She was the MVP in 10th and 11th grades and district champion (200 I.M.) in 10th grade. She has also involved in the DV Age Group Swim Team for four years and was Deck Mom in 10th, 11th and 12th grades. She was a Regional All-Star on the swim team for the Scranton Times in 10th and 11th grades. Other responsibilities that Sarah has undertaken is the Student Athletic Training Aide (grades 11 and 12), the Warriors football manager (grade 12) and the varsity and junior varsity lacrosse manager (grade 10). Besides athletics, Sarah has been involved activities, such as the American Cancer Society Relay for Life as a volunteer (grades 9-12) and a committee member (grade 11-12). Sarah participated in the Revlon Walk for Breast Cancer (grades 10-12), Joey’s Eagles (grades 9-12) and she was involved in the Middle School Drama set design (grade 9). In church related activities, Sarah served as a nursery leader and a Vacation Bible School leader. She will be attending Lock Haven University in the pursuit of a Health and Physical Education degree with a minor in Coaching and Aquatics.
