MILFORD - For the past three years, the Pike United Way office has been humming along under the direction of TerriAnne Caraluzzo. As the one and only employee, Caraluzzo has been the administrative arms, legs, brains and face, taking an active role in every aspect of the organization’s service to Pike County. But now, Caraluzzo is leaving and Eileen Marie Blair has joined Pike United Way. She and her family moved from New York City to the outskirts of Milford very recently after a short visit convinced them that this was the place they wanted to spend the rest of their lives. Blair comes from a 15-year career that includes being the founder and chief administrator, fund-raiser, creator of services and volunteer programs for Women’s Empowerment League in Queens, NY. Blair was also a Cause Examiner with the National Association of Securities Dealers, in New York City. She has a B.S. in Finance from Monmouth University, Long Branch, N.J., and has been very active in many community organizations, including her church.
