MILFORD — A 10-acre site west of the Interstate Highway 84/ U.S. Route 6 intersection could become home to a new office complex. Long Island developer Thomas Pampalone, who now resides in Matamoras, accompanied by attorney John “Duke” Schneider, introduced plans to the Milford Township Supervisors on July 16. Several residential styled structures would house office spaces of 4,000 to 5,000 square feet. The proposal goes before township planners later this month. In other business the supervisors signed final project maps for Tom Murante’s Community Storage facility on U.S. Route 6, east of the interstate.
