Pedestrian safety

The Milford borough council has called on PennDOT to update the pedestrian crossing signals at Broad and Harford Streets to provide a four-way stop, when a pedestrian triggers the crossing. The crossing signal currently stops only the lane being crossed, and allows turning traffic from the adjacent corners. (Photo by David Hulse)
