Pike County Builders award scholarships

Clyde Kreider, president of the Pike County Builders Association (PCBA) and education committee chairman Ed Nikles Sr. presented the annual scholarships at the association’s May meeting held at Cliff Park Inn. Two Delaware Valley High School students were awarded the $500 scholarship to continue their higher education, Craig Baker of Shohola and Cody Cook of Matamoras. Vincent Crescimanno and Kevin Bauer of Delaware Valley High School were awarded Tool scholarships worth $250, to help start their careers in the building trade workforce both students reside in Dingmans Ferry. Three Wallenpaupack Area High School students were awarded the $500 scholarship to continue their education; Benjamin Barland of Newfoundland, Krishna Veltri of Hawley and Gregory Guerrieri of Greentown.
