MILFORD Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen on Aug. 5: Eric Molzahn, 29, of Millersville, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 10 days to 12 months followed by six months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $700 and had his driver’s license suspended for six months for the crimes of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On Feb. 5, 2009 in Blooming Grove Township, Molzahn was found in possession of marihuana, a multicolored glass pipe, 2 smoking devices, a plastic case, two packs of rolling papers, and a roach clip. Christopher Hammond, 33, of Millersville, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 4 to 11 ½ months followed by 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $650, and had his driver’s license for 36 months for the crimes of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving while Operating Privileges are Suspended or Revoked. On Feb. 5, 2009 in Blooming Grove Township, Hammond was found in possession of marihuana, three pill bottles, a glass mason jar, 44 unused glassine baggies, a voodoo inhaler, and three cell phones. Hammond was driving while his operating privileges were suspended. Robert Hall, 48, of Greentown, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to six months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On Dec. 20, 2009, Hall was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol in Palmyra Township. His blood alcohol level was .202%. Collin Lange, 31, of Hawley, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Simple Assault. On May 17, 2009, in the parking lot of the Good Sheppard Church, in Blooming Grove Township, Lange did punch another person in the face, which resulted in a broken facial bone. Kelly Olszyk, 28, of Stroudsburg, was sentenced to a State correctional facility for 11 months to three years, and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On June 14, 2009 at the Ehrhardt’s Banquet Center in Palmyra Township, Olszyk did unlawfully take over $1,900 from numerous envelopes that were given as wedding gifts. James Giles, 41, of Port Jervis, N.Y. was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for three to six months, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On Jan. 1, 2010 in Matamoras Borough, Giles was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. His blood alcohol level was .158%. James Kennedy, 27, of Port Jervis, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for one to 12 months followed by two years of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $800 for the crime of Receiving Stolen Property. On Sept. 10, 2009, in Shohola Township, Kennedy and his co-defendant was found in possession of a vehicle knowing it had been stolen. Jessica McKenna, 31, of Dingmans Ferry, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 90 days to five years, ordered to pay a fine of $3,200 and had her driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, and Driving while Operating Privileges are Suspended. On Dec. 15, 2009, on SR 739 in Dingman Township, McKenna drove her vehicle off the road, and at the time her driver’s license was suspended. Her blood alcohol level was .247%. Henry Maloney, 51, of Dingmans Ferry, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Unsworn Falsifications to Authorities. On Nov. 8, 2009, at the Blooming Grove State Police Barracks, Maloney reported that his vehicle had been stolen knowing his vehicle had not been stolen. Deborah Falcone, 45, of Lords Valley, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $400 for the crime of Retail Theft. On Feb. 11, 2009 at the Weis Supermarket in Blooming Grove Township, Falcone did possess 19 various items with the intention of depriving the merchant of those items. Matthew Trentacosta, 26, of Milford, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for three to 23 months followed by one year of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $1,450 for the crimes of Forgery, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Between Feb. 28 and April 13, 2010 at the Wachovia Bank in Blooming Grove Township, Trentacosta presented several forged checks which were taken from his grandmother. On April 13, 2010, Trentacosta was found in possession of Heroin. Kurt Simoncic, 25, of Bushkill, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to six months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On Oct. 28, 2009, in Lehman Township, Simoncic was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance. His blood contained THC and Methadone. Melissa Nikodem, 21, of Hawley, was sentenced to 12 months of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Retail Theft. On Dec. 15, 2009 at the Walmart in Westfall Township, Nikodem did take possession of six assorted items with a retail value of $575.82 without paying full retail price. Sean Mahon, 29, of Canadensis, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 30 days to 12 months and ordered to pay a fine of $900 for the crime of Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On Nov. 14, 2009, Mahon was found in possession of a marihuana pipe at the Exxon Station in Palmyra Township. Brian Schouppe, 44, of Canadensis, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 15 days to 12 months and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Simple Assault. On Feb. 19, 2010, at the Promise Land Inn, Greene Township, Shouppe, did pull another persons hair, and drag her across a parking lot causing bodily injury.
