    decided by Judge Joseph Kameen Those sentenced in court last week were persons having entered guilty pleas in court on August 11 of this year, including: • Jesse Cavalone, 30, of Matamoras, who pled guilty to Theft by Falilure Make Required Disposition of Funds Received at Matamoras in February of 2003, July and November of 2004, was fined $1,500 and sentenced to serve, from three months to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Nekita Evans, 26, of Port Jervis, who pled guilty to Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Theft in an incident in Westfall in March of this year, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve from seven month to four years in the Pike County Jail. • Crystal Jerez, 20, of Port Jervis, who pled guilty to Receiving Stolen Property in Westfall in March of this year, was fined $500 and sentenced to serve from two months to 12 months in the Pike County Jail, including two months served. • Thomas Tucker Jr., 39, of Centerport, PA, pled guilty to Recieving Stolen Property and Driving While Under Suspension in a Blooming Grove incident in June, 2005 and was sentenced to a fine of $900 and to serve three to six years in state prison, including time served since this June. • Scott Marion, 25, of Matamoras, pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence in an April 16 incident in Matamoras and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to serve from 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail, including two days time served. • Adam Schneider, 18, of Greeley, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of an Automobile in a November, 2004 incident in Blooming Grove and was fined $500 and sentenced to one year’s probation. • Christopher Middleton, 40, of Dingmans Ferry, pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence in a November, 2004 incident in Delaware Township and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to serve from 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail and have his driver’s license suspended for one year.
