before Judge Joseph Kameen MILFORD — Defendants who earler pleaded guilty and were sentenced on Jan. 31 included • Brian Scott, 23, of Middletown, N.Y., for a July, 2007 charge of possession of a controlled substance in Westfall, was fined $300 and sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Christopher Baluta, 41, of Tafton, for an Oct. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $3,000, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to serve one to five years in the Pike County Jail.
